Advanced Nurse Practitioner
The role of the practice nurse is to promote the health and wellbeing of patients. This includes:
Acting Reception Manager
Sarah has been stepped in to the position and is responsible for managing all reception and the admin office duties. She oversees and directs the administration team with the support of the Practice manager and GP partners.
Our team of 6 receptionists are on hand to deal with your appointments and any enquiries you may have.
The Community Midwife Team from Mid Yorkshire Hospitals Trust provide maternity services and antenatal care for our patients. They can offer advice with any pregnancy related questions.
Theresa Marsden is the midwife attached to our surgery.
A team of district nurses run daily clinics in the main health centre. Patients can make appointments for this clinic via the main health centre reception or by phoning 01484 221600.
The district nursing team also provide a range of care for housebound patients. If you are housebound and require a district nurse home visit please telephone 01484 221600 or contact the surgery.
The health visitors are part of the Supporting Families team and offer support on a wide range of child health issues. They can be contacted on 030 3330 9820.
